Founding membership

1. Founding membership goes to the first 200 people to join the waitlist and confirm their email address, in the order they confirm.
2. One founding membership per person and one per delivery address.
3. When we launch, we'll email founding members. You'll have 7 days from that email to place your first subscription order to claim your founding membership. Unclaimed founding places are then offered to other waitlist members in order of counted referrals, most first, then in the order they confirmed their email.
4. Founding members receive a founding price on the standard BLOC subscription (three bars every quarter). We'll confirm the price before launch.
5. Your founding price will not increase for as long as your subscription stays active, except to reflect any change in the rate of VAT. You can skip or pause deliveries without losing it. If you cancel your subscription, the founding price ends and can't be reinstated.
6. The founding price applies to the standard subscription only, not to one-off purchases, gift orders or future products or formats.
7. Founding members will be invited to vote on future product development. Sample testing places are limited and offered at our discretion, with founding members invited first.
8. Founding membership has no cash value and can't be transferred.

Bring a friend

1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are on the waitlist.
2. A referral counts when someone joins through your link and confirms their email address. Referring yourself, or using duplicate, temporary or invented addresses, doesn't count. If a friend you referred later asks us to delete their data, that referral stops counting.
3. Every counted referral also moves you up the order in which unclaimed founding places are offered (see Founding membership, point 3). All counted referrals apply to this order; only the first 5 count towards rewards.
4. Rewards:
   • 3 counted referrals: £10 off your first subscription order.
   • 5 counted referrals: your first subscription order free, replacing the £10 reward.
   • Only 5 referrals count towards rewards.
5. Rewards are applied to your first subscription order placed at launch. They have no cash value, can't be transferred and can't be combined with other first-order offers unless we say so.
6. We check referrals before applying rewards and may withhold rewards or remove referrals where we reasonably believe the terms have been abused.
7. We may change or end the programme with reasonable notice. Rewards you have already unlocked will be honoured, unless a counted referral is later removed, for example because that friend asks us to delete their data.
