Who we are.

What we collect and why

Please don't include health information in the free-text quiz answer.
Who we share it with.
Our service providers process your data on our instructions:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database, bot protection, analytics
- Resend: confirmation emails
- Klaviyo: sends our marketing emails, and holds the details we use to personalise them: your email address, first name, whether you are a founding member (and your founding number, if you are), your scent match, answers to the quiz questions (but not your free-text answer, which stays with us), your referral count and reward progress, your personal links, how you found us (the campaign source, or "direct") and when you agreed to hear from us.
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by the UK–US data bridge or the ICO's International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it.
- Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
- Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and for no longer than 24 months after our launch unless you become a customer.
Cookies.
We set one cookie, and only after you confirm your email. It lets you see your own place on the waitlist. It is strictly necessary for that, so we don't ask for consent. Our analytics are cookieless. We don't use advertising cookies or pixels.
Your rights.
You can:
- access, correct or delete your data
- object to or restrict how we use it
- withdraw consent at any time (unsubscribe from any email, or write to us)
- complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)

We'll update this notice if anything changes and note the date below.
